I build websites and set up the systems small businesses actually run on — booking, attendance, door tablets, Google profiles. In person around Barrie, remote anywhere in Ontario.
I'm Humberto Domingues. I run a Kumon centre in Barrie, and I built my own booking and attendance software because nothing off the shelf fit how the centre actually works. That turned into two products other centres now use, and into this: setting up and supporting the same kind of systems for other local businesses.
I do the unglamorous half most people skip — the tablet mounted at the door, the scanner that actually scans, the cards printed and laminated, the staff shown how it works on a Tuesday morning.

Websites
Built, hosted and maintained. Fast, readable on a phone, and written so a customer knows what you do inside ten seconds. No page builders left half-finished.

Booking and attendance systems
Self-service booking for families or clients, digital check-in, automatic reminders. Set up around your existing routine rather than replacing it.

On-site setup
Door tablets, barcode scanners, kiosk lockdown, printed and laminated scan cards, staff walked through it in person. This is the part that decides whether a system gets used.

Google Business Profile
Profile set up or repaired, categories and service areas done correctly, verification handled, reviews wired into a routine you'll actually keep.

Ongoing support
When the scanner stops reading or a reminder doesn't send, you get a person who knows your setup. Remote for most things, in person when it needs hands.

Custom work
Small internal tools, spreadsheet escapes, integrations between things that don't talk to each other. If it's a bad fit I'll say so rather than build it.

Booking and scheduling for tutoring centres, Kumon-style programs, salons and service businesses. Family accounts, self-service scheduling, digital attendance and automatic reminders. Parents book, change and cancel their own classes.

A conversation first, usually twenty minutes, where I ask how you currently run things. Not a demo. If what you have already works, I'll tell you that and we're done.
If it's a fit, I set the thing up and sit with you while you use it once. Then you have my number for when something breaks.
On-site work covers Barrie and Simcoe County, and I'll travel into the Greater Toronto Area for a setup day. Remote work goes anywhere in Ontario.
